Olivia Cooke, Matt Smith and Emma D’Arcy have joined the cast of “Game of Thrones” spinoff “House of the Dragon,” HBO said Friday. They join previously announced star Paddy Considine, who will play King Viserys Targaryen. Based on George R.R.
